Job Summary

As a Staff Engineer Controller Validation in our Research & Development team, you will shape the future of technology by developing validation test benches, executing hardware-in-the-loop testing, and ensuring embedded controller compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of validation test benches
• Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing including firmware validation
• Analyze and verify embedded controller behavior against test requirements
• Document defects and compliance metrics automatically to maintain quality standards

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with embedded systems, specifically ARM Cortex-M MCUs
• Foundations in embedded C/C++, MATLAB or Python
• Hardware debugging skills using oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Experience in automated test scripting with Python
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
