We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team at Leccio – The Mall Outlet, where you will play a key role in delivering a refined and memorable customer experience. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will bring our heritage, craftsmanship and innovation to life through every client interaction. This role blends client engagement, storytelling and commercial awareness to drive both individual and store performance.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience that reflects Burberry’s luxury positioning
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support repeat business and loyalty
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently communicate craftsmanship, heritage and innovation
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets with a consistent and proactive approach
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards in line with global brand guidelines
• Support day-to-day store operations, including stock management and team collaboration
• Experience in a customer-facing role within retail or luxury environments is beneficial
• Passion for client experience, styling and storytelling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
• Proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results through service excellence
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
