Are you passionate about optimizing production processes, driving efficiency, and contributing to high‑quality manufacturing? Wieland Onda Srl is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in designing, improving, and managing our production workflows.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support our production operations by developing efficient processes, introducing new methods, and ensuring our products can be manufactured safely, consistently, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Production, Design, Quality, and Maintenance, to deliver continuous improvement across the plant.
Design, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows.
Develop and implement production methods, work instructions, and standard procedures.
Analyze production data to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Troubleshoot production issues and lead corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
Train production teams on new processes, technologies, or equipment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, automation, etc.).
Experience with CAD/CAM tools.
Understanding of quality control and process improvement.
Project management abilities.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Contribute to innovative, high‑quality manufacturing.
Make a real impact on production performance and process optimization.
Grow within an international industrial environment.
