We are looking for a smart and skilled Java programmer to help develop our platform. We are looking for a developer who can quickly adapt to the fast-paced and changing needs of a startup. We also expect this person to grow with the company, taking on more responsibilities as the business expands and the team gets bigger. With Cryptorefills, we are on a mission to bring blockchain-based payments into everyday life and accelerate the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies. Access to crypto investments, trading, and person-to-person transactions is relatively easy today. Using crypto in everyday life, such as buying goods and services, is instead very limited. Cryptorefills is a website and app that enables users in over 180 countries and territories to spend crypto, including Bitcoin, stablecoins like USDC and USDT, and other digital currencies yet to come. With Cryptorefills, users can recharge their mobile phones, purchase gift cards from top brands like Netflix, Spotify, Google Play, and Apple, and even book flights and hotels directly using crypto. The Company is a fast-growing fintech firm headquartered in Amsterdam, with a local presence in Milano and Izmir. Profound knowledge of Java and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming. Capability to write clean, understandable, and well-tested code, incorporating patterns and best practices, TDD (Test-Driven Development), and dependency management. Key requirements, experience with MongoDB. Asynchronous programming using CompletableFuture and reactive programming with rxJava. Docker containers. AWS platform.
