IL PROGETTO
Per un importante cliente enterprise siamo alla ricerca di una figura tecnica con esperienza nello sviluppo software o nell'Application Management, da inserire in un contesto caratterizzato da applicazioni web rivolte a un elevato numero di utenti e da piattaforme integrate ad alta affidabilità.
Lavorerai su portali web e servizi REST mission critical, con particolare attenzione alle performance applicative, agli SLA di risposta e alla gestione operativa delle applicazioni all'interno di un ecosistema enterprise.
IL RUOLO
Come Java Application Support Engineer ti occuperai di:
Gestire e supportare applicazioni web enterprise rivolte a una clientela mass market.
Collaborare con i team di sviluppo e con le diverse funzioni coinvolte nella gestione applicativa.
Analizzare problematiche funzionali e tecniche, contribuendo alla loro risoluzione.
Monitorare il comportamento delle applicazioni attraverso strumenti di logging e osservabilità.
Gestire ticket e richieste di supporto garantendo riscontri puntuali e di qualità.
Collaborare con team multidisciplinari nel rispetto degli SLA concordati.
Partecipare alle attività evolutive e correttive di applicazioni sviluppate in ambiente Java.
CHI CERCHIAMO
Cerchiamo una persona con esperienza nello sviluppo Java di applicazioni enterprise, abituata a confrontarsi con contesti strutturati e ad elevata complessità.
Competenze richieste
Esperienza nello sviluppo software o nell'Application Management di portali web enterprise.
Esperienza con applicazioni integrate tramite API REST rivolte a un elevato numero di utenti.
Buona conoscenza di Java e Spring Boot.
Esperienza con React e database Oracle.
Familiarità con piattaforme caratterizzate da elevati requisiti di disponibilità e SLA.
Esperienza nell'utilizzo della suite Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) e/o ServiceNow o strumenti analoghi.
Capacità di analizzare log tramite Elasticsearch, OpenSearch o soluzioni equivalenti.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Ottime capacità comunicative, sia verbali sia scritte, e autonomia nella gestione delle relazioni con stakeholder e clienti.
Costituiscono titolo preferenziale
Conoscenza di Apache Kafka.
Esperienza maturata in contesti bancari, finanziari o assicurativi.
