Full Stack Java/Angular developer in Milano, Italia

For one of our clients in the insurance sector, we are looking for a Full Stack Java/Angular Developer to join a team involved in the development and evolution of enterprise applications.

The successful candidate will work on both the Java backend with Spring Boot and the Angular frontend , also dealing with complex architectures and legacy systems. The role will also involve unit testing, troubleshooting, and technical issue analysis, with a strong focus on code quality.

The position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve full-stack applications using Java and Angular
• Implement and maintain backend services based on Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain frontend features using Angular
• Work with complex architectures and legacy systems
• Write and execute unit tests
• Analyze issues and perform troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with the team to analyze and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application quality and reliability

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in Full Stack development with Java and Angular
• Good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Experience in frontend development with Angular
• Knowledge of Docker
• Ability to write and maintain unit tests
• Experience with, or familiarity with, complex architectures and legacy systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with REST APIs
• Experience with Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines
