About HCLSoftware

HCLSoftware is the software business division of HCLTech — a $2B+ company with 8,000+ employees serving over 20,000 organizations worldwide, including many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve built a portfolio spanning Business & Industry Applications, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, AI & Intelligent Operations, Sovereign Collaboration, Total Experience, and Specialized Software.

We’re not just growing — we’re investing and expanding with real momentum. If you join us, you’ll make an impact from Day 1.

What We’re Building

We are looking for talented professionals to join our Incubation & Exploration portfolio — where we’re shaping the next wave of enterprise AI. This includes a no-code Agentic AI Builder that empowers business users to create autonomous agents without writing a single line of code, and an Agent Governance Platform designed to deploy, monitor, and secure agents at scale across the enterprise.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Field Delivery Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer, you will translate HCL Software’s Agentic Platform into customized, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients — building integrations, resolving complex issues, and training client teams to maximise ROI on their software investments.

• Translate HCL Software products into production-ready, client-tailored solutions that fit existing enterprise infrastructure.
• Build APIs, automation scripts, and custom data pipelines to integrate HCL solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern systems.
• Provide on-site or remote diagnostic support — resolve edge cases and debug production issues under tight, client-driven deadlines.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, act as a subject matter expert, and train client teams to maximize adoption and ROI.
• Proactively document solutions, configurations, and known issues to build shared knowledge across the delivery community.
