We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team, based in Italy , with responsibility for driving business growth across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and NEE (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland). The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and supporting our growth across these international markets. This is a highly commercial and customer-facing role, with responsibility for managing the full sales cycle within a multi-million-dollar international market. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts and build long-term relationships with customers, partners, distributors and other key industry stakeholders.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product Management, Marketing and other functions, you will play an important role in achieving sales targets and supporting the continued growth of our business.
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive growth across the assigned territory.
Identify, develop and manage sales opportunities from initial lead through to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, dealers and industry partners .
Develop a strong understanding of the regional market, industry trends and customer needs.
Present and demonstrate our technical products and solutions , clearly communicating their value to customers.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process through to successful delivery.
Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM , ensuring accurate and up-to-date opportunity and customer information.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and budgets in collaboration with senior management.
Monitor sales performance against targets and proactively develop action plans where required.
Work closely with Product Management to share customer and market insights and identify opportunities for future growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and relevant professional associations .
Develop and maintain a strong network within the relevant markets.
Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in a dynamic international environment.
We’re looking for a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling technical products, solutions or services in a B2B environment.
Required experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales , ideally selling technical products, equipment or solutions to end users.
Experience within the construction, engineering, technology or related technical sectors .
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from opportunity development through to negotiation and closing.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong commercial and business development mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and international environment.
Experience selling technical equipment or specialized solutions .
Experience working with distributors, dealers or industry partners. Experience representing a company at industry events or professional associations.
Languages
German: Native / mother tongue
English: Business fluent, written and spoken
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Experience with CRM systems , ideally Salesforce
Basic CAD knowledge is an advantage
