My client is looking to recruit a new ASIC Design Manager - in the city of Bergamo, located less than an hour from Milan.
The company is (VERY) well-funded, rapidly growing, and has ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond, for their cutting edge Silicon-Photonics chips - targeting the AI / DC market.
The position will be responsible for leading / managing a complex team of Semiconductor professionals - focussing on the development of new cutting-edge integrated material chips.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience managing multi-functional teams - across digital design, analog design / mixed-signal, verification, applications engineering, physical design etc.
Previous experience with new / advanced process technologies would be preferred:
~ Locals / Italian (AND English bilingual) speakers will have an advantage, but as this will be an international working environment, so non-Italian speakers / fluent English only speakers will also be considered.
Visa sponsorship and relocation is available for the right person - IF you fit the above criteria.
