Per una realtà solida e in continua espansione, specializzata nello sviluppo e nella realizzazione di immobili industriali, siamo alla ricerca di un Construction Engineer da inserire all'interno del Dipartimento Construction.
Attività:
Verificare la fattibilità tecnica delle aree, la cantierabilità dei progetti e il relativo budget.
Coordinare e supervisionare la progettazione esecutiva architettonica e impiantistica (meccanica, elettrica, antincendio e idrico-sanitaria).
Gestire le esigenze del cliente traducendole in soluzioni progettuali.
Monitorare l'avanzamento dei lavori attraverso sopralluoghi in cantiere, verificando la conformità alle specifiche progettuali.
Gestire la documentazione tecnica di progetto.
Collaborare con l'Ufficio Acquisti nella valutazione tecnico-economica e nella negoziazione con fornitori e imprese.
Richiesta:
Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Ingegneria Edile o Architettura.
Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nella gestione di cantieri e commesse.
Buona conoscenza di AutoCAD, MS Project e Microsoft Office 365.
Inglese livello B2.
Ottime capacità di project management, problem solving e coordinamento di più commesse.
Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione dei rapporti con clienti, professionisti e imprese.
Retribuzione: 50k - 65k
Sede di lavoro: Milano Est, con disponibilità a trasferte presso i cantieri.
